Very bad customer experience. Front desk personnel unknowledgeable and rude. I have asked in detail if certain treatment was possible at this location, they said yes; after one hour waiting came the doctor and said they don’t do it. While confronting the front desk, they just ignored me and the situation. No management person was available. I was trying to get a response to the question why should I pay for a service that wasn’t available, nobody was able to answer me, forwarding me to a 3rd party billing company.

The actual care was fine but one of my prescriptions needed pre approval and there was literally no way for me to contact the office. The phone tree was completely broken, there was literally no way to talk to a human. Apparently their fax machine doesn’t work so the pharmacy couldn’t contact them. I ended up having to tweet at TGH to get their direct customer support line and then had to wait an entire day for someone to finally call me back. The “ai chat” is also non functional. If this had been an emergency situation I wo... read more

On 18 Jan '24, ~4pm, from the front desk gentleman, to Annelise, RN & Aleece, PA, everyone I interacted with was efficient, friendly, & professional. I was from out of town for the day, but all of them presented a united front to help me. I wish things were as efficient where I live. Considering I felt bad, it was a great experience. And one day later, back home, I feel better, on the mend. Thanks, TGH Urgent Care.

The doctor prescribed me medication that gave me migraine headaches, caused more pressure in my sinuses, and eyes. This doctor told me I had a virus. I ended up getting laryngitis. Three day's later, I was not getting better, the next day I saw my family doctor. He told me I have a sinus infection. He prescribed antibiotics and steroids. Two days later I started feeling better. This clinic has already taken money from my credit. I was missed diagnosed from this clinic there for I should not be charged. If I was diagnosed cor... read more

I went in with dizziness and even though staff were friendly, I wasted my time filling out paperwork and then seen by 2 practitioners and all they did was to send me to ER after taking taking vitals and more paper work.

I didn’t have an issue with the provider. I do think the process of testing should be updated. A patient should know the day of if they’re having an issue with yeast or bv. Misdiagnosis could lead to further infections or complications. The health department is able to let you know that same moment which infection is noticed.

I came in for COVID-19, the nurse practitioner that saw me did not do any sort of assessment on me. Concerns regarding shortness of breath and pain with inspiration were disregarded without assessing my lung sounds.

After going to the Seminole office for an x-ray They told me that they don’t just do x-rays and that they didn’t have an x-ray technician today anyway. How can you’ve an urgent care facility without the ability to take an x-ray? Don’t bother wasting your time
