The door did not open at 8. The radiology results was not read in time by a radiologist as expected for an urgent care. In this day and age, you are still asking patients to fill out paper forms? There should be an option for online forms and online check in.
I made an appointment for 12:15pm. Did not get seen for an hour and 15 minutes. The care given was ok, not great

I’ve used this TGH Urgent Care location in Apollo Beach 3 x in the last several months and they are EXCELLENT.—high quality, professional care. They are also very friendly & helpful with good explanation of diagnoses and treatments. It is helpful to use the appointment option if you are able.
The only hold up was the script getting it to the CVS pharmacy. It was a Sunday and they closed at 6 pm , so I went back to get a paper script and took it to CVS. Everything else was efficient staff!! Thank you

My wait was minimal. The staff were all very efficient. I only wish the PA-C recommend I return to ensure I successfully removed all the wax from my ears after 4 days of Debrox and irrigations. Also, at checkout that my updated pharmacy was accurate. I updated it prior to my arrival on line but the information did not transfer to the system. It required me to chase my prescription. Overall I would use TGH Urgent care if needed in the future.
Great care, excellent experience
The staff were great. Didn’t have to wait long. When the doctor came in the room, she was very nice, kind and very knowledgeable.
