I was seen pretty much on time, was happy about that. The provider and room nurse could have been more friendly.

Came in with a fracture to my hand. Sierra and Katherine at reception where very helpful made me feel comfortable and helped calm the nerves. Rad tech Kaitlyn was amazing she made sure that I was comfortable while doing my xrays and really help me to take my mind off of the pain even the other medical assistant Kellisha made me feel as if I was top priority. Ive been here 3 times. The first 2 times the wait was short, the 3rd time the wait to be seen was almost an hour and a half. But each time the care was excellent. The nurse practitioners are very friendly and very helpful.

Visit went well. However, when I ran into prescription problems I was unable to talk directly with the provider location. Being referred to another representative could be streamlined by providing direct phone access to the urgent care location.
