It was my first visit to this Urgent Care Clinic and other than the wait time, it was a welcome experience. I just felt that with only a few patients to see, the wait time was too long. But my treatment was great and my tendinitis and arm pain left my body.

Did not like the sign in process. Too many irrelevant questions. Like, when saying my mothers health problems, asking for her name. Why? The provider, Dainel, was very thorough and took his time listening, and seemed very caring. I will return if necessary and hopefully will not have to go through the annoying sign in.

Came in via ambulance and was 5 hours later before I saw doctor. Had me sit in public waiting area in wheelchair knowing I had Covid. Very surprised by that.
