Very good experience. Mackenzie Evans was great. Very thorough and explained everything to me.
Matthew, the PA who treated me was excellent. He listened attentively to my symptoms and prescribed the appropriate treatment. I never felt rushed. The facility was not crowded and it is located near my home. I will definitely use them again if needed.
I had a wonderful experience. I live here part of the time. I saw Dr. Brice the day before I was to leave on a cruise out of Tampa. I had a cough and a little bit of laryngitis, and he prescribed a medication that helped me tremendously. I feel so much better. Thank you, Dr. Brice!
Too long to get in. I had an 8:30 appt and wasnt seen until 10:00
EXCELLENT FACILITY ! CLEAN ENVIRONMENT, EFFICIENT, PROFESSIONAL AND ATTENTIVE STAFF! Amy and Tara at the front desk were amazing, efficient, kind, professional. Puts client at ease. Gary who called me back was Great! Attentive, kind, professional. I saw Matt and Jocelyn for my injury and they were also Great, Attentive, kind, professional and detailed. This is a wonderful facility staffed with true professionals. I am so glad I found you!
Very pleasant and efficient
I was assisted from the minute I came in, thoroughly assessed for my medical issue and advised how best to address it. I also appreciate that I have access to all of my records including x-rays.
I am very impressed with the service I received from TGH Urgent Care. Always friendly, listened very carefully and did everything they could to help make you comfortable and taken care of. I would highly recommend them and no matter who I was seen by they all were a fantastic team! Liz L
