Very efficient office. They diagnosed quickly and accurately. I was out in 20 minutes. Pleasant employees

Professional staff
Minimal wait. Only one other person ahead of us. Addressed active bleeding from laceration then followed up when my “turn”. Courteous staff and clinician. Lauren explained options and recommendations and did a nice job of sewing up my wound. Convenient that the Rx was available there (for a premium), rather than needing to make another trip elsewhere.
Excellent experience. From the friendly receptionist, to the outgoing and thorough nurse, to the nurse practitioner who quickly diagnosed me and offered a treatment plan, along with the ability to schedule appointment ahead of time, it was the most efficient urgent care experience I’ve ever had.
As a retired RN(30+ yrs) I believe I received the best care I could have expected. The PA, Michelle Hinson was great & did everything I would have expected from any Dr. I could tell that the Medical Assistant was fairly new to wound treatments but I tried to reassure him along the way & gave him a couple of tips(things only an 'old' nurse knows!!) Friendliest staff and doctor I've met in a very long time!
Mine was a very good experience with a short wait time and excellent service by the caring staff.
Such an improvement since TGH has taken over at this urgent care. The staff was friendly and professional; the facilities clean.
