Second time there in a week and everyone is kind and caring.
My experience was great. Clean environment. Speedy service.
There was no wait; was taken back immediately. PA seemed knowledgeable of her position.
My appointment was scheduled for 10:15. I got to TGH at 9:50 to fill out my paperwork and was not taken to a room until 11am. I was seen at 11:30. Other than the long wait the practitioner knew exactly what I had which was the flu.
The staff was highly professional and asked all the right questions! I would have rated you higher except it took over 45 minutes before I saw anyone once I was put in the exam room! I was tested for Covid and sent home and told that I would get a call in 15 minutes! It was over 40 minutes before I was called! Once I got the call my experience was outstanding! They called in a prescription and explained to me the pros and cons of the Plaxovid

In and out in a timely fashion and diagnostic were on target, script filled and I am improving.
