The doctor we saw took her time with us and was Thorough. I was pleased with her patience and information
I had gone to two other UC offices only to find that they are only opened on Mon - Fri. I was quiet surprised to return to this office now called TGH Urgent Care. I noticed new name, new remodeling done and new staff. I did not see any of the staff I was used to seeing. I was impressed with the service. I like making a reservation, and I didn’t wait very long. The provider did exactly what I had hoped for. Just some relief and nothing too long term.
I was apprehensive as to how long I would have to wait to be seen. To my surprise it was about as long as it took to fill out the 4 pages of paperwork. Everyone was very nice, from the receptionist to the provider (Michelle). I would definitely go back if I needed to.

The last thing you want when you’re not feeling well is bad customer service. I can’t say that about this place from the minute you arrive you are greater warmly and very professional. This has become my go to place when I need an Urgent Carr place!
I arrived on time. The receptionist gave me needed paperwork. Pleasant atmosphere. Wait was reasonable. The care was pleasant and thorough. A rx was sent. It was not received at the pharmacy. Same was true for a patient seen the night before who came in while I was waiting to be seen. I returned to the Center and, like the other patient, requested a hard copy of the rx which was received quickly. This clinic has been needed in our area. I hope it has a long life!
