Excellent service
Prompt, efficient and PA was very caring.
Everyone was very friendly and professional. Also, the nurse patiently listened to my questions and thoroughly answered them. I could not have asked for a better experience and am very thankful for everyone who helped me!
The APRN, Michelle Huffines, who saw me was very busy as she was the only one that day but her bedside manner and cheery disposition was refreshing. The tech who signed me in and did my vitals was great too. And finally, the tech who did my nose swab was very caring and let me know what she had to do. Overall great experience. The only thing I could say that wasn’t good is the time I waited. My appointment was for 9:30 and I waited until 10:35 to be seen due to the staff being short.
The entire staff working during my visit was polite, friendly, and professional. As a retired cardiac RN with 50 years of experience, I appreciated their thoughtfulness and knowledge. Jane
