I like that the clinic accepts appointments, knowledgeable professionals, and very convenient.
Fairly short wait-nice nurse and PA- but wondered why some of us ( new customers) were made to sign a note to pay if insurance didn't and provide a credit or debit card and others - also new- weren't held to same .

Booking ahead online was simple and saved a lot of waiting room time. The PA was personable, knowledgeable, and thorough.
Website to reserve a time slot took a long time after I requested a specific time and then it gave me error message that there were no available times. I called Customer Service and was on hold for at least 20 + minutes!! Then the Customer Service person told me that it DID give me the requested time!!! Frustrating web site experience!! especially when not feeling well. But very glad that I was able to get in so quickly.
