Wait time was over two hours, w Then when I finally was taken in I was not able to stay and see the doctor as my wife had a doctors appointment and needed our car . Told the doctor that I would have to comeback later in the day which I did. When I returned the receptionist told me that I had to redo the paper work because they do not keep it. Other than a very long wait your personnel did a nice job of caring for my laceration. Two and a half hours sitting, with no idea as to the wait time!!!! Come on. Spectrum has a wait site on their wall in their showrooms that tell you how many persons are ahead... You should do so.
Not pleased with the way the PA-C handled my visit. I caught this from my husband and I was trying to avoid getting worse, which I did. I felt it was a wasted visit. She prescribed pseudoephedrine which is Sudafed or other over the counter drugs and did not tell me this. My insurance company rejected this prescription. In talking to my Pharmacist, I asked him if this was Sudafed and if the dose was the same. Yes was his answer. Why not tell me this. Also, my chart indicated that I have high blood pressure. I was quickly evaluated and sent directly to the ER for my illness. The check in process was a little tricky on my cellphone, the only way to check in. Staff was courteous.
Your advertising for making appointments online ahead of time is a bunch of bull. Made appt. for 9am and wasn’t called in until around 11:30.
Everyone was super, receptionist, nurse and Dr. Only complaint was lengthy check in process through the App.

Amanda was very knowledgeable. I flt great care.
I did do on my way for 11:00 did not get in to see the attending till 12:25 then waited another 20 mins in a room. Felt very rushed .
