I was there for 3.5 hours for a UDS, Fit Test and Physical. I waited over an hour and a half to be seen, the actual process took about an hour which was expected and the Sat in the waiting room for another half hour before the NP told me that my paperwork had been waiting for me at the desk. When I went to the desk, the clerk had thrown my paperwork in the shredder thinking that another clerk scanned it into the computer and it took yet another half hour after that to get my paperwork to me so that I could go home. Came in for abdominal pain and doctor prescribed medicine that none of the local pharmacy had available. Then said get a follow up with my primary physician at Tampa General. No appointments available for over 30 days. Tampa General fast track and Tampa General medical need HELP.

Got there late. Seem to have an abundance of other patients. Had to wait 30-45 minutes. Got called and was in and out within 15-20 minutes.

I was very pleased with the medical care I received. However, I found the need to register on my cell phone while being in pain and trying to hurry, was extremely stressful. I was finally, after encountering many problems, given a form to complete. I can understand the value of using a cell phone, but suggest reconsidering that practice.
