Very nice facility, loved the provider although I can’t remember her name. Would have preferred to receive written summary or instructions but was given nothing at all. Access to the parking lot is difficult. Also have concerns with check-in process of leaving drivers license, credit card and Medicare card at the front desk and being told to sit down until called back after they were copied as there were other patients’ cards there too at the same time. I was having a bit of breathing distress due to Bronchitis and the reception wanted paper work. They called a Nurse Practionerwho said if you can’t fill out paperwork it is an an emergency. Once I calmed down and filled out the paperwork I had a minimal wait and great service. Lynn was kind, adept, knowledgeable and calming. I left well treated and with appropriate care plan and prescriptions.

Great experience! But I must say there is ALOT of paperwork on your first visit.
