Everyone was so nice and I’m feeling much better today
First time Staff was very friendly Very impressed Wait time was reasonable
Even though I made an appt. it didn't seem to make any difference. I was just in a line of people that were processed as they came in. I walked in at 2:35 and didn't get into a patient room until 3:10. But with only one lady doing the processing it was difficult for her to keep a handle on everything, I guess. But the nurses and/or doctor assistants kept things moving and was in and out of the patient room quite quickly, so that was a positive experience.
Very happy with everything, from being able to schedule a same day appointment online, prompt and friendly check in, seen in a timely manner, nurse and nurse practitioner both professional and responsive to health concerns. Would highly recommend as
