Quickly taken in for exam; scripts written for cough. Professional attitude from PA. Thorough exam.
Nurse and doctor were helpful and knowledgeable. Had an appointment scheduled but this didn’t seem to matter as I had to wait in the lobby with several other people that didn’t have an appointment.
I was very well pleased with the medical treatment I received. However, I returned the 2nd time because the wrapping of my cut finger was apparently the wrong way. The splint was placed over the knuckles causing them to hurt along with the entire wrap. I returned thinking they would make it right. The person who fixed gave a look like there was something wrong. Everyone was pleasant and friendly and they made me feel right at home and part of the family
Clean and efficient
Came in for a large laceration on my hand. I was seen quickly and advised that I didn't need stitches. I was cleaned up, bandaged and sent home with some bandaids. I would have liked to have a written summary of the assessment/care plan or access to a patient portal.
The location is fairly new & it was well maintained. The wait time was acceptable & the staff was friendly & helpful. I felt well informed & cared for.
Not up to my expectations
A great experience and would use them again over my primary care doctor . No long wait to see PA once dircted to a room. Excellent care.
