Good care, friendly staff.
Was greeted by a very pleasant young lady at registration. The PA and staff who saw me were friend and knowledgeable. I was surprised that I was seen so quickly. I had my doubts as in Nov 2023 after Thanksgiving I was at this Urgent Care for over 5 hours. Totally understaffed and unfriendly. I was concerned about returning. But was happy that I gave them a second change.
Very courteously, efficient staff that get things done quickly. Great care to meet my needs.
The service was great. They took care of everything I needed.
Easy checkin process. Reasonable wait time. Caring and effective service by person who took my vitals and by PA Leah Zalsman who examined me and prescribed medication.
