Never see a practitioner as the first patient or the last patient of the day. Being a retired PA I know that. Sorry, but Not a pleasant experience as far as bedside manner and communication gaps in my follow up care.
Receptionist was pleasant. Wait time was over 90 minutes. There was 3 people ahead of us when we got there. Was told there was only 1 Dr. Gary Woodiwiss. Once I was able to get in the Dr was thorough and efficient with time spent.
Saw Michelle and she was very caring and patient.
Everyone from the front desk, to the nurse and the PA was professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend going there.

The employees behind the desk were okay when facing the members but they had very unprofessional conversations for everyone to hear. My daughter was with me and she didn’t need to hear what they were talking about from healthcare professionals. Also, please fix the phone lines. Seems when you call, they pick up and hang up. When asked, she said it gets routed to 18 different locations and a call center but there’s no one at any of those places to pick up a phone call? I’m not buying that based off of how she reacted.
The person who examined me was great but I got there when the doors opened and still had to wait two hours to be seen
