The person who examined me was great but I got there when the doors opened and still had to wait two hours to be seen
I went right in only had a short wait
I ended being the last patient for the day and even so, the doctor who saw me was so patient and attentive to my need. I’m not a fan of having to go to urgent care or the ER at all, but the staff made it worth the trip. Will definitely be my go-to urgent care now
Great experience. Front desk was very nice. NP was very compassionate and efficient. It appears they were short staffed because the NP did all the triage, specimen collection, med pass, and diagnosis. Give him and a raise and get him some help! Still overall great experience.
Awesome, friendly staff very caring emotional and physical needs met, nothing was too much for them to do. One of the best hospital experiences I have had in my 81 years. A HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL who served me in room 249. Love to all. Had a problem with my left ear and the doctor treated it and sent me on my way with a script for ear drops. Super pleased since I had bleeding from the ear due to my taking a blood thinner. He put my mind at ease and now a couple days since the visit I can tell the ear is improving.
Appreciated the friendliness of the staff and show-of concern for what the problem was
You could have at least used more than one PA or Dr. working. The wait time was very long and the PA could have spent more time with each patient.
