Wait time was long. Staff, tech & doctor were pleasant and seemed appropriately knowledgeable. They did, however, absolutely assure me that their scheduling staff would call me at home to set me up with an appointment at the Orthopeadic Institute. No one called me about an appointment. Friday was the following day & the splint was not providing enough support & I was in great pain from my broken wrist. My solution was to call my own GP and they shared the names of two programs. Quick easy clean facility.
Went to wrong location so had to rush to the right on then everything was rushed
well, it is not as bad as some say. You're there for 5minutes too bad I had to drive 2 hours.on the bright side Adrian was great, a professional, you don't pay these people enough for their service. I'm grateful for their work.

Walk in was fairly quick ... entire time from sign in to being seen by doctor was 1 1/2 hour. There was 5 people ahead of me, so I consider this pretty fast. Employees were pleasant and doctor was excellent giving full explanation, Follow up call was 4 days later. Doctor was pleasant.
My husband and I were at the TG Sun City Office Saturday 16th January. We were treated with compassion, patience and geniuine care. We went for a covid test and we were of course nervous and anxious. It was a speedy, smooth vaccination. We did witness many, many people being very rude to the front office staff due to their own deficiences. Remember people BE KIND to people who are out there every day trying to help YOU be patient. Thank you for the service we received from you all.
Every person we dealt with was pleasant, efficient and competent. The problem was the schedule. Our appointment for the procedure was at 8:45 AM and we arrived at 6:45 as instructed. I was prepped and then we waited. I was finally taken to the OR at 11:00 AM, over 2 hours late. By 11:45 I was back in my room. The actual procedure took less than 10 minutes.
