Fast and good.
I really liked the young lady who was the receptionist. Patient and seemed caring and kind. The p a took a very long time to type up my exit paper. Now I see why I had an hour wait to get in exam room.
Thank you for the excellent care that I have received from the entire team, Dr Parrack and the entire Team that was assigned to me from the start to finish was PHENOMENAL!
The staff an anesthesiologist and Dr. Rodriguez were all amazing, sufficient and treated me with much respect. That is the way I wish all procedures would go. I am very thankful for everything. And God bless all the working people at the hospital during this time.

No wait; very efficient. Lab results quicker than anticipated.
The technician was great and explained what to expect in doing the swab. Compared to swab test done In ER last December 28, 2020 that hurts me. It wasn’t a swab but jabbing it all the way up to Sinus.
