I had an appointment for 3:15, When I came to the office, I was greeted by a young lady who was quick and rude. She asked me for my insurance cards and credit card to put on record, I have 2 insurances and I had already contacted my primary insurance and I knew my secondary insurance would pay for the copayment. I asked why she needed to make a copy of my credit card, and in a nasty tone she said it was policy. The physician that cared for me was excellent!!! See diagnosed my condition and gave advice plus two prescriptions. Three days later I was experiencing a 500% improvement in my condition. Thank you
Why make an appointment when it makes no difference. You come in and edit. Only one provider. Urgent care you are sick you don’t want to edit half a day.

Great, considering you were short staffed and their were a lot of patients waiting to be seen,,,
The room was comfortable and we'll appointed. I had great nurses but the others were average and seemed to be extremely short handed.

Diagnosed Back sprain with X-ray only. Wish ct or mri was available. Very polite staff. A suggestion for improvement would be to offer a wheelchair to someone who was struggling to walk.
