Fast great service
Took too long in waiting room as a had a ln appointment.
I think I needed stitches and was treated with plastic strips which did not close the wound adequately. The wound wept extremely of serous fluid for 5 days. When I went for the two day after check I was told that extremity injuries heal more slowly. He did give me antibiotics but I sensed he did not believe me about the nature of the leakage of fluid. He put on about four 2x2s and I had been putting 3 to 6 4x4s every 2 hours and they were completely soaked. I believe he did not take me seriously. The tetanus shot was ... read more
The staff and doctor were friendly and kind
Walked in as was seen right away . Did X-rays right on premise. Recommend specialist and wrote prescription. Friendly and helpful staff.
The response time to my chart didn’t seem to happen as quickly as I was expecting so I called the office and the gal that I spoke with handled things right away.
We came in for Covid testing. My wife is a stem cell recipient and we were exposed to Covid from a close relative. We met Jenna one of the best nurse practitioners I have ever encountered. She said my wife could get an antibody test to see if she had antibodies from her vaccines. She was happy to help and made us feel comfortable and relaxed . Jenna reduced our anxiety to near zero.
Everyone was very kind and very informative about all procedures. The surgery was delayed but I just relaxed for those few hrs. It did set back my caretakers though. Having all the medication ready on release was great though I did not receive the Neiilmed kit. Fortunately I already had some. Not sure if it’s the same though. Dr. Parasher and his team, did a fantastic job. Very impressed. Third day and feeling pretty well with hardly any pain just groggy feeling.
Sun City/Wimauma location was amazing! Their front and nursing staff are great. I went in for Covid
