I had to make an appointment in order to get a Covid test due to symptoms I was having after traveling out of state. I was on time and had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time! Why bother making an appointment?

The Doctor misdiagnosed me on Sunday and I was hospitalized on Wednesday partly due to this misdiagnosis. She was rude to my spouse for doing what was right. Had she properly diagnosed me and given me antibiotics I would not have been hospitalized.

Came to get an evaluation of left-sided rib pain. X-ray was negative, I believe. Pain has since subsided 90%.

12:30 appointment-1 person in waiting room-took back at 1:05. Discharged at 1:30.

Wait time too long! Need to advise patient of approximate wait time when they sign in. You need to devise a system to be able to contact the patient when their turn is coming up so that they do not have to sit in your waiting room with other sick people for two hours before being seen.. Once seen all was fine staff did a good job!
