The doctor was great, listened to what symptoms I had asked a couple of questions them prescribed the appropriate medication, which worked very well, then the follow up phone call to see how I was doing. Better service and care than I received from my primary care doctor or the V.A. primary care doctor(s).
Medical guy knew his stuff. I feel the visit was very productive. I feel better.
The service was excellent. I didn’t have to wait long. The only thing that I didn’t like for being “URGENT CARE”. is all the paperwork that needs to be filled out. Providing reason for the visit and info about PRIMARY doctor should have been sufficient. Aside from this, I was very much impressed when I called for a question, and received immediate response by call back from a doctor who resolved my question by calling the pharmacy and calling me back again to clear the matter.

I would have given you a 5 + but have to say, the PA that came in to check me out, was pretty Rough. I'm not trying to get nobody in trouble or mess up anyone's career. I have a few bad teeth, and it was hurting all the way up to my ear, down my neck and up to my eye on my jawbone. Timely and great care
The P.A. Alex was VERY thorough and recommended a referral. I was impressed w/ the exam for a migraine. He added, “come back and see us if you need too, we would be more than happy to service you!”
Everyone from the receptionist to the PA were very friendly, competent and efficient.
