I had an appointment, was taken over an hour late. Staff was rushed and not very personable. This is not like the excellent service I got before. I was seen and out in 15 min.
First time there and I was seen quickly. The Staff and Dr that I dealt with were kind efficient and respectful. I would highly recommend this place
The nurse practitioner listened and gave good advice. However she said she was going to call in a prescription. That didn’t happen. I have it on the paper she gave me that it was called in. It didn’t happen. When I spoke to someone the next day they didn’t know what I was talking about but it is clearly in the notes

I arrived at the facility at 2:30p and they took me right away. The nurse was very friendly.
My experience at my local TGH/FastTrack Care facility has been excellent. From being able to setup an appointment via their website/app to check-in the process was fast and easy. The medical professionals I have met were great. They listened and were empathetic to my medical concerns. They were personable and professional throughout my visits.

Available/Convenient Much better to start healing, versus waiting for dermatologist For what they treat - they are the TOPS!
