Courteous and quick evaluation
wait time was not to bad. Amanda was great.
I had a morning surgery so I was hungry and moody and the nurses were very nice 24/7 they made sure I felt comfortable, Especially my Dr. Fernandez Crespo he was very attentive with me made sure He answered all my questions (lol he held my hand while the nurse put the IV in)After my surgery as well all the nurses were very nice quick to attend you quick to get you what you need no attitude everyone was kind. I've used THG/Urgent Care by FastTrack on many occasions. The staff has always been friendly and professional and the medical staff personable and knowledgeable.
Make if appointment on line was simple as was check in, all personal were professional in their interactions with me. They were informative and explained everything
I was in for a very bad reaction to a chemo type cream used on my face. The situation was a little out of her realm, but she took a picture and immediately reached out to others for help. She couldn't solve the problem but she gave me an idea to help it. She also told me I needed to see my dermatologist ASAP. Good advice which I followed.
Got an appointment the same morning I called Service was great and thorough
The lady at the front desk was Very nice and polite. She gave me anything I needed to get started. The wait was short maybe 10 minutes. The 1st person took my temp and blood pressure and was also very polite. The doctor soon came in and was knowable and put me at ease. I was very satisfied with everyone there. Thank You.
We were pleased with the ease of access to assistance. Staff were highly professional, thorough and sympathetic. A+
