All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. We had just moved to St Pete from VA and my mother was having a possible emergency. Everyone was very nice and the PA was amazing! She was knowledgeable, clear, kind and attentive. She gave a lot of thought to my mothers issue and came up with a possible, easy, remedy that worked. We felt there was genuine care and compassion.

The service was quick and everyone was very kind! Since we were on vacation, it was wonderful to be able to be seen so quickly so that we could go back to enjoying our trip!

As a cranky ex-NYCer used to world-class health care, I went in with low expectations. However, I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone I met: receptionist, technician, and PA, who quickly identified the somewhat complex issue. I was even more impressed when I got 2 unexpected phone calls from them in the following days to tell me about follow up appointments they had scheduled for me with specialists! Highly recommended.
The service was excellent, the staff I had contact with was professional.
