Fast professional service. Friendly staff makes you feel at ease; especially important when you’re from out of town. Excellent follow up; first time I’ve been called post visit to check up on me in a long time.

Was traveling out-of-town and on a short timeline when I hurt my wrist. Fast Track Urgent Care was efficient, competent. They were busy but did all the right things to avoid unnecessary waiting.
Upon coming in the nurse kept all the lights off for me as i was being seen for a terrible headache. When being offered an injection for pain relief i panicked as i have anxiety and hate needles. The doctor gave me a pep talk and even came in while the nurse administered the shot and squeezed my hands the whole time and talked me through it all.
