I travel between MA and FL. My medical issues are usually addressed in MA so I called my insurance company and your company was one of the recommendations. I saw Allison and she was very thorough and she called me the next day to see how I was doing. I was not expecting that but was pleased that she did.I do have a suggestion - There was no reading material in the waiting room. I suggest you provide magazines; it makes the wait time much more enjoyable.
