All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. I felt very secure in the help I received medically and the people there were so nice and gave great care.
Carla could not have been better. She examined me, diagnosed the problem and prescribed a medication that just about has the problem cleared up. She is very personable and listens well. If I have to return in the future, I could ask for nothing more that to be seen by Carla again. Thank you, Matt
Overall good experience! Check in girls & nurse were great..... For long waits the chairs are horrible if you have even a slight back issue...maybe even if you don't. PA was good and listened. Rattled a bit fast for me & Im only 66 & work in a fast paced job. So for a normal older person maybe too fast. I had an appt. but was still there for 3 hours, feel that it was too long. Thank you!

I have been to this urgent care several times and always have had a great experience with the staff. They are very kind and eager to help.
The staff were friendly and helpful. However, my son had a foot injury. There was not a person to run the x-ray machine so it was advised that he rerun the following day. This would have been have appreciated knowledge prior to scheduling the appointment due to the inconvenience and lack of available care.
