Fast, efficient, caring
Very professional staff
As always, when I need any medical help and my doctor’s office is closed, we have always used TGH Urgent Care Walk-in. Very kind and good staff. Always taken care of.
Always am very pleased with this clinic. The Doctors/PA's are always great, very patient and kind.
We waited too long for something that, thankfully, turned out to be a simple resolve. The NP had poor bedside manner. The med techs were snippy when we asked what was taking so long for the treatment preparation (+45 minutes for ear lavage). Not happy with our visit overall.
Experience was great. She took the time and listened to all of my ailments. Very thorough. The only downside was the wait time. I think I waited about a half hour before I was connected to someone.
