All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. Always am very pleased with this clinic. The Doctors/PA's are always great, very patient and kind.
Experience was great. She took the time and listened to all of my ailments. Very thorough. The only downside was the wait time. I think I waited about a half hour before I was connected to someone.

TGH Urgent Care was efficient, caring and helpful throughout my visit. Specifically Erica Lee, Cassandra, and Kelsey were professional and knowledgeable and made sure the right tests were performed and evaluated to reach a conclusion. They were all outstanding!
Sliced my knee open and Stefani Padgett did a great job putting in 5 stitches.
I liked the care I received but there is no way to call in for a question. This lack of communication is very frustrating.
I waited about 20 minutes. I expected to wait at a walk in clinic. I have laryngitis and a persistent cough. I was disappointed that the PA initially prescribed an antibiotic without any testing. I turned down the antibiotic and asked for a cough suppressant and the PA agreed.
Great staff. Great service. Great attitude. We are so thrilled we have this caring group of professionals to turn to as we need. Thank you!!
