Taken quite promptly from the waiting room - but then waited a LONG time in the exam room.

Over 2 hour wait to be seen but otherwise service was good.
Nurses and doctors were very professional and they talked me into going to the ER. I ended up having pneumonia and the flu at the same time. I am doing good now. Thanks for the recommendation. to go to the ER
The receptionist was unpleasant and off-putting. The wait was very long, even with an appointment. The PA was efficient and well-informed.
The desk staff were patient and helpful - but the wait times were way longer than normal (~4 hrs). No obvious triage method either. Once admitted the staff did great helping us address the illness. It’s not in TGH’s control but the clientele in the wait room were particularly snippy and incredulous, but the TGH staff remained calm.
Great service and care. Follow up was excellent as well.
