I’ve had to use your facility a few times in the last couple of months. Every nurse or doctor I’ve seen has been very pleasant and professional.
Short waiting time, courteous personnel and great MD
Staff is always pleasant and accommodating. Always satisfied with care and outcome after seeing doctors. Appreciate the “reservation” feature ahead of time. Will continue to return when needed.
Excellent care provided
Urgent Care was able to see me almost as soon as I walked in and was having severe stomach pain. Fortunately, they were able to quickly determine that I was in much worse than they are prepared to handle. They referred me to a local emergency room that was able to assist, diagnose, and treat me.
Doctor was very informative. Staff was awesome. Made an appointment ahead of time and had no wait time
The wait was very long. There was a lot of people in there and they were not happy with the wait times. The staff handled that with patience and grace. Obviously if the parking lot is FULL, you're in for a wait. Once I got in the back every one was very kind and listened to my concerns. They were quick to contact me with my results and getting the necessary medications to the pharmacy right away.
I came in with a head injury that required stitches and the staff was efficient and took great care of me. Kaila and Jesus were wonderful, thorough and made me and my partner feel safe and that I was in great hands. Thanks
