The staff and doctors are very caring about the patients and you are seen in a timely manner.. My experiences has always been very positive and great!!
Service is always great. The wait time with an appointment is always frustrating. I realize you get walk ins but if you offer scheduling an appointment options walk ins should not trump them unless the appointment is late. Waiting 40 minutes past an appointment time just doesn’t seem right.
Service was great however no one will answer the phone and the text option that is offered does not work. You will not receive a text message and you will be on hold for hours.
I was very pleased by my complete visit front Desk, my triage and the Arnp!
The PA was very caring and consulted with other doctors on my rash to get the best diagnosis. I would definitely come back to this urgent care

We did not have to wait to be seen. The service was fast and efficient.
Long wait (over 2 hours) but great service once I was able to get in.
Very professional, easy to talk to.. addressed my concerns logically and presented easy to follow instructions to take care of my problem
