Staff were polite, professional, and experienced. The time to wit was over 3 hours. it was worth the wait.
My experience was pleasant and the nurse and doctor were very patient with me.

I am visiting our daughter, I live in Michigan. On Sunday 12/17 I experienced a scary medical event, but not an emergency. I contacted TGH Urgent Care in Carrollwood on Monday morning 12/18 and they were very helpful. I was seen by a medical assistant and a physician withing an hour, had some preliminary lab work, diagnosed with a UTI and sent home with a script for antibiotics.
