All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

Wait time was reasonable. I felt the care was covered all that was expected.

My visit with the doctor was great, but not so much with the front desk. The individual at the front desk did not understand the difference between Medicare and. Florida Blue, Blue Cross Blue Shield, PPO. I informed her and, two other people who worked there at least four times that Medicare is primary and my Florida Blue is secondary and they didn’t appear to comprehend this information. Everyone was great- from the front desk staff to the X-ray tech, Jesus, to the PA, Stephanie. I was not only brought back very quickly, but treated with exceptional service as well.
The staff at this clinic alway provide excellent care.
Why did we have to check in a second time? Why make an appointment that is not honored at arrival? Aside from my prior comments, the nurse/tech was very thorough with his initial questions regarding my illness. Dr.Ferrell was very knowledgeable, patient and very professional.
