first part of my experience I was advised to go to TGH by my Primary Care she was busy was told you are in Walmart shopping center called and a incredible Professional lead me over phone to the office.At the facility kindness and compassion excellent Doctor and personnel.They never ceased to be there during my illness.Thank you

The medical care and staff were excellent. What I didn't like was -- after booking an appointment online through the USF/TGH site and then rushing to that appointed time -- being told by the receptionist "we don't take appointments." So, I waited two and one-half hours to receive the care.
It was not a long wait. The receptionist was pleasant and professional. The nurse was pleasant and obtained necessary information. The PA was also pleasant and addressed all my concerns. She didn’t just try to rush me out the room. It was clean and odor free.
You did great
Attentive staff. Convenient location.
Other than filling out the paperwork, the process was good. All the testing seemed appropriate. They weren’t able to pinpoint the cause of my dizziness but recommended more test. They were able to illuminate some symptoms.
I was in and out in no time!!
