First your website with the Fast Pass reservation system and you calling back resulting in no waiting time! Second, the files online to fill in at home before coming to your clinic. Third the nurses and the whole staff was so friendly and helpful. With all the tests for a pre op clearance, I was out of your clinic in 1/2 hour!
