Everybody was helpful and friendly
Ellen at the front desk was friendly and efficient. The triage nurse was so nice. Sorry that I don't remember her name. I saw the PA, Jennifer and all I can say is WOW! She was so thorough and comforting. She listened to my concerns, addressed my situation and explained the treatment and meds she was prescribing for me. Great bedside manner! The whole process moved quickly and efficiently; great employees.
My son broke his hand and was kind of nervous to have it checked. Of course we were not sure of the fracture until the x-ray, which your facility went to great pains to expedite despite the fact that your technician had left for the evening. You were all terrific, calling me personally and making the appointment with the specialist for our follow-up. Thank you all so much.
Such a warm and vibrant medical facility. The staff were amazing and I was treated like family.
