The PA I saw was great. It was afterwards that was not good. I was instructed to call if the protocol I was given did not work. It didn't. Minimal improvement. When I called the office I was told that the person I saw on the previous Sunday was off. This person on the phone told me she could only give the PA working that day a message and they probably wouldn't do anything anyway since I was not seen by them. Seriously!!! They are so caring and they really listen to you. Don't need a primary doctor when I get the same service only better. Love them and have already told people about them. I will go back should I need too!!! Thank you again for being so kind
Cash payer: I was told the visit was $100.00 actual it was $135. The doctor did not touch me or examine my knee for anything including heat, leg pulses, knot behind the knee. While I sat in a chair she said bend the knee that was the $135.00 exam a virtual visit. She ordered the xray I requested which she informed showed no arthritis, or abnormalities and told me to use an ace wrap as I have tendonitis.
