I have nothing but raves for this practice. Addressed urgent issues from a surgery that was performed earlier in the week. My son and I have used previously with awesome services from the receptionist to the doctor.
Went to the Urgent Care Clinic after going online and doing paperwork that was listed on the website. I was in a lot of pain from a fall I had taken on vacation. Dr Ball spent quite a bit of time with me, I had a break and couldn't get comfortable. He had his Nurse redo the wrap I was in and felt so much better after that. Dr Ball returned to the room and I was able to go home after he checked me once again. Thanks Dr Ball! Sure do appreciate all he did and being available on the weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Got in to see the Dr quickly and my needs were taken care of expertly.
The staff was efficient and kind, however I won’t return to your facility due to your self pay policy. A flat fee of $135.00 for the visit, yet whenever I’ve gone to any other medical facility anywhere else I’ve been given a 30% off the the visit depending on the level of care.

I called my Florida Blue provider first and they could not see me. This was an emergency to me, ear pain was 10/10. I remembered taking my mother here last year so decided to try it myself. I couldn't have been happier. I was seen quickly, very professionally, and was prescribed exactly what I needed. In and out in less than 40 minutes! Amazing. I highly recommend them.
