53 minutes on hold to find out the lab may not run tests on Sunday so my Covid results may not be in until Tuesday. My test was Saturday. You should tell patients that it might be three days instead of 48 hours if the 48 hours consists of a Sunday involved.

The service was fast, but the staff was disappointing. I had to visit TGH for a Covid test and I was extremely disappointed that the nurse who gave my test had a mask that was not covering her nose for the entirety of the visit. In addition, when I called to follow up on the test the line disconnected me several times in a row. When I was finally able to reach the office, the woman who answered the phone was in a rush to end the call before I was even able to ask a question. Poor service all around.

Not a long wait time! I really appreciated that! My only criticism is that I drove about 15 minutes out of my way, to the CVS on 34th & my prescription had not been e-scribed, or called in yet. I was sent to that CVS, since the CVS on Madeira Way was already closed. Therefore, I had to call back & request the prescription be sent to the CVS on MadeiraBeach. Otherwise, I WOULD recommend your Urgent Care!
