The front desk person was playing hard rock music in the waiting area which was distracting an enjoyable. The two technicians that took my vitals and conducted the tests were very nice and confident.

The fact that you cannot call a specific urgent care is unacceptable. They make you call a general call center which was nearly impossible to reach. Was on hold for hours today trying to 1) ask a question, 2) get in touch with the doctors office I just went to. I couldn't contact the office I just went to. They would not give me the number, would not transfer me and would not call for me.
