When someone comes in with a swollen throat complaining that they aren't breathing well maybe masks are not the first priority. Please review common sense medical techniques rather than following dangerous political "mandates" at the detriment of patients health. Hypocrites and his oath to do no harm should still apply.

Courteous and efficient service. The PA thoroughly investigated my complaint and offered a good solution. Wait time was minimal.

It was very unorganized. I wasn't comfortable with, the facility needing a credit card, in addition to my insurance card, and copay to keep on file. Especially, when the policy established in regards to needing a credit card; wasn't explained throughly. I also had to endure, waiting in a crowded lobby, with no social distancing room just to receive my receipt, for the copay which was collected from the front office staff, prior to me being seen by a physician. Very professional and pleasant. however did not notice the chairs in waiting area being cleaned. That was the only concern. Also, hoping symptom people are being kept from people who were possibly exposed.
