The doctor was great, very knowledgeable and direct. I recommend him highly, and the nurse was very helpful and engaging. The wait was rather long, and I would suggest that you ask at the desk an approximate waiting time to be aware of it.
I went to this amazing urgent care I saw the amazing Dr Matthew Higgings and great Nurse Sandra Ma they help me alot they explained everything to me and very clear .my visit was very quick , no long wait as other doctors office , Im very happy with their assistance .great place to go Thank you!!
The wait was too long.. My appointment was at 4 pm. The Medical Assistant took my vitals at 5 pm .. I waited for another 30 min for the ARNP .. another 15 mins for my prescription and AVS. The clinic is not patient oriented.. They don’t practice” patients first” . They practice credit card first bec when you sign in they get your credit card to be placed on their file.. I was in very quickly and saw the amazing Dr. who quickly diagnosed me and had me on my way to getting back to the comforts of my home when not feeling well!! I totally recommend to anyone wanted quick reliable care to go here!!
This was our 2nd visit and it was as good as the first. We highly recommend this urgent care facility. We live in St Petersburg but are fans of Tampa General. We love the St Petersburg Urgent Care location.
Everyone was so healthful and friendly. I wasn’t sure what I needed for my sons college paperwork and they were on it. I appreciate that so much. Thank you 😊
