The nurse practitioner was amazing, she flagged Luella’s breathing and referred us to the ER. She was compassionate and patient, a pleasure to see.

The last time I had a visit there, it was wonderful, I was in and out very quickly. However, I was very disappointed this visit. I went in for a fall hoping for an x-ray. I was seen right away but then was told the x-ray person was not in that day. Despite their website stating that they can do x-rays. I was given a referral for an x-ray but the location was 10 minutes away, was very busy when I arrived, and the x-ray was going to take 3-5 days to get the results. I came in with a UTI and found.the one lady at the front desk to be very efficient. I did not wait long to get in to see the PA. She was very friendly and I was in and out quickly.. She explained things welll and prescribed an antibiotic. It wasn't long before my husband and I were on our way home.

It went wonderfully & I was totally satisfied.
Not the best attitudes and nurse was lazy with my child’s vitals and testing.
My experience was disappointing. The receptionist seemed indifferent,. The medical staff appeared rushed and disinterested, barely taking the time to listen to my concerns before prescribing medication without thorough examination. Overall, it felt like a factory line of healthcare, lacking in empathy and genuine care for patients.
