The provider was thorough in her assessment and listened to my concerns, she validated my thought process regarding appropriate diagnostic testing and follow-up and helped schedule them while keeping in mind my preferences for location and the urgency involved. I've always gotten great care here and this time was no exception!

Appointment and staff were great. Almost impossible to talk to someone with follow up questions. I asked my mom to call for me because I threw up one of my antibiotics and when she finally got through the automated responses but the person she spoke to would not do anything because I was not with her to speak for myself. I understand I am an adult but they would not even “initiate a phone call to me” without speaking to me. All my nurses, doctors, and techs were empathetic and helpful throughout the process! I never felt like “just another patient”. They were always careful and attentive to my needs, no matter how big or small!
I had a wonderful experience and I truly felt cared for!
