Appointment and staff were great. Almost impossible to talk to someone with follow up questions. I asked my mom to call for me because I threw up one of my antibiotics and when she finally got through the automated responses but the person she spoke to would not do anything because I was not with her to speak for myself. I understand I am an adult but they would not even “initiate a phone call to me” without speaking to me. All my nurses, doctors, and techs were empathetic and helpful throughout the process! I never felt like “just another patient”. They were always careful and attentive to my needs, no matter how big or small!
The staff and flow was fine. Everyone was nice and did their job. But since your only worried about that I have it life score cause your forcing people to sign up for auto pay not knowing what any charges will be and telling them thar some one will be calling you in 7 daysand if you dint answer they'll leave an email. What kind of dictatorship is that!!?? I should have given 1 start. I hope other place are not doing that but I will be going weeks where next time.

Everyone was helpful, friendly and I did not have to wait long. The doctor was great and the medications prescribed are working just fine. Thank you.

The gentlemen who took me back was very unfriendly. I was deciding to leave when the doctor came in. She was very caring and I felt like she cared. A little talk with the first guy may help. I would consider elsewhere next time
