Aaron the provided I saw was excellent. He explained what was wrong and how to take care of myself. He even called me back after I left the office to answer some questions I had.
Everyone there was pleasant and professional and my time waiting was minimal.
My experience was very good with Dr. Higgins I appreciated the concern he took with my eyes I’m on day five of my medication and it’s a lot better.
The doctor was great, very knowledgeable and direct. I recommend him highly, and the nurse was very helpful and engaging. The wait was rather long, and I would suggest that you ask at the desk an approximate waiting time to be aware of it.
I went to this amazing urgent care I saw the amazing Dr Matthew Higgings and great Nurse Sandra Ma they help me alot they explained everything to me and very clear .my visit was very quick , no long wait as other doctors office , Im very happy with their assistance .great place to go Thank you!!
I was in very quickly and saw the amazing Dr. who quickly diagnosed me and had me on my way to getting back to the comforts of my home when not feeling well!! I totally recommend to anyone wanted quick reliable care to go here!!
This was our 2nd visit and it was as good as the first. We highly recommend this urgent care facility. We live in St Petersburg but are fans of Tampa General. We love the St Petersburg Urgent Care location.
