The check in process was fast & efficient. I was taken back and seen by a provider promptly. I was checked out quickly with prescriptions called in immediately for pickup at my pharmacy. At this point, you would have gotten 5 stars…… However, the next day, I had a missed call and voicemail to call back regarding test results. I called back within 5 minutes of the phone call & was on hold 20 minutes before I grew tired of waiting & hung up. Called back an hour later, was on hold 30 minutes with no one ever picking up. Really good customer service. Went in and on a few minutes the doctor saw me. Gave me some prescription And directed me to the right specialist for a proper diagnosis. Will recomende it anytime.
I am extremely satisfied with TGH urgent care facility. Kind, friendly and professional atmosphere. The receptionist and the attending nurse are very kind and warming. The doctor are Kind and professional as well. The Faciluty is clean and to top it off . I received extremely fast service . I was in and out within one hour . Thank you TGH.
