So much for urgent care. I was in this urgent cares parking lot literally bleeding out, my friend had drive me there as it was the absolute closest place I could go to find someone who could at least stop the bleeding. My friend went in as I laid in the back seat holding pressure on the area as I was afraid to move and lose more blood. Ashley was professional, courteous, communicative, and relieved my malady very quickly, without causing me ANY stress.
From the reception area, triage nurse to the PA, my experience was amazing. My wait was short, and the care was top notch. The explained every step of the procedure .I’d like to thank them all for being so professional !
